The old implementation was limited to a pre-defined set of data.
This caused the server to be less flexible than SenML allows.

This commit is the result of a complete rewrite that simplifies the API,
which is now documented an (more or less) consistent. The included scrapers
have been split into reparate binaries, also serving as examples.
